- Payment terms are Net 15. After an initial reminder, any overdue balances will be charged automatically to the credit card on file.
- All invoices, receipts, and delivery notices are sent via email, 1-2 business days after receiving service.
ON-BOARD (CHASSIS MOUNTED) FUEL TANKS
- Due to safety and liability concerns, we DO NOT deliver propane to Motor-homes or Vehicles fitted with on-board fuel tanks.
- Motor-homes and propane powered vehicles should be taken to your local propane filling station for service.
TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMELINES
During normal operations, most propane delivery requests are fulfilled within 5 business days.
During the peak winter season, high demand and poor road conditions may cause delivery times to stretch beyond 5 business days.
Our office is open Monday thru Friday. The office is closed on weekends, and statutory holidays.
If phoning outside of regular business hours, or if no one answers, please leave a message. You can also simply email us with your details. Someone will get back to you.
SMALL CYLINDER DELIVERIES
- Forklift & 100# cylinders are the only small cylinders which qualify for on-site delivery. These small cylinder deliveries typically require our drivers to be on-site longer, and for relatively low volumes. For this reason, we charge a slightly higher retail price for fuel, and a higher service fee.
FORKLIFT CYLINDERS
- Forklift customers must have at least 4 empty cylinders to qualify for on-site delivery. With one forklift, we suggest having 5-6 cylinders on-site to avoid running out of fuel. Then simply contact us when you have 1-2 full cylinders left unused. If your fuel use is fairly consistent, we can discuss a scheduled service.
100# CYLINDERS
- During peak demand periods, 100# cylinder customers may encounter slightly longer wait times.
- It is advisable to have a second 100# cylinder on-hand when your main 100# cylinder runs out. Or learn how to attach a backup 20# BBQ cylinder.
- For higher volume users, it is more cost effective (and certainly less disruptive) to rent a 420# cylinder equipped with a factory installed gauge and a remote monitor. Contact us to discuss your options.
TIPS TO MAKE YOUR DELIVERY EASIER, AND SAFER FOR EVERYONE
- THE MAXIMUM DISTANCE FROM THE DELIVERY TRUCK LOCATION TO THE TANK LOCATION (HOSE LENGTH) IS 125 FEET. THIS IS IN A STRAIGHT LINE.
- Please ensure that your driveway is plowed, cleared, and/or accessible by our delivery equipment. Drivers will not take any chances becoming stuck, or sliding off the road.
- If you have a large or dangerous dog, ensure your dog is leashed, or kept inside, while our crews are on-site.
- Move any obstructions or screens away from your tank or cylinder. Do not make it difficult for drivers and technicians to access your equipment. In the event of a fire or other emergency, propane equipment may need to be removed in a hurry.
- All sources of spark / ignition / heat must remain at least 10 feet away from your tank or cylinder. Keep other flammable items stored well away, and keep the surrounding brush cut back. See Propane Basics.
- Do not store propane cylinders inside an unvented building.
- Advise your Gas-fitter to affix your propane regulator to your house or building, or on an adjacent post. The regulator is designed to operate in a vertical position above the liquid level of the propane, and not horizontally under the lid of your cylinder. Improper regulator installation can affect appliance performance, and often causes issues with deliveries and servicing.
- Keep a small back-up cylinder on-hand for run-out emergencies. For example; a full 20# BBQ cylinder can provide 24-48 hours worth of emergency heat. It will last weeks if used only for cooking.
